2018 TOUR REGISTRATION FORM - FOR CARAVAN TOURS
A caravan tour is a group of vehicles (maximum of six) traveling together. Everyone travels in their own vehicle, or one that has been rented. Little House Site Tours plans the routes, lodging, site visits, picnic, and a farewell dinner. All lodging places have a swimming pool.

Please attach a list of all passengers in your vehicle. Also give the ages for anyone under the age of 18. This is helpful when making tour plans.

Cost for each tour
$650/vehicle (1 or 2 passengers). Add $100 for third person
and $100 for fourth person, for each tour.
Private room (for one person) $400/tour.
Prices include all lodging, (1 room, 2 beds), breakfasts,
admissions, group picnic, and farewell dinner.
Caravan Policies/Cancellation Agreement
I understand that I am responsible for the gas, maintenance, road service and insurance for my vehicle while on the caravan tour.
The amount I am paying is for one vehicle with 1 or 2 passengers.
I have added $100 for a third person and $100 for a fourth person.
If a rollaway bed or an additional room is required, I will contact
Little House Site Tours concerning the added cost. I understand
that no pets can be brought on the tour.
I understand that if I cancel the tour, my deposit cannot be
refunded unless a replacement can be found. If L. H. Site Tours
cancels a tour, all deposits will be refunded.
I understand that the tours are done on a "first come" basis.
When a tour is full, no more deposits will be accepted for that
tour.
