2017 CARAVAN TOUR REGISTRATION FORM

Each caravan tour costs
$995/vehicle (1 or 2 passengers)
Add $50 for third person & $50 for fourth person
This includes all lodging (1 room, 2 beds) breakfasts, admissions,
group picnic, and farewell dinner.
Enclosed is my deposit ($500 for each circled tour) and I understand that the balance is due six weeks before the tour departure.
I have read the policies/cancellation agreement. (on the right)

anyone under 18. This is helpful when making tour plans.

I understand that I am responsible for the gas, maintenance, road service, and insurance for my vehicle while on the caravan tour. The amount I am paying is for one vehicle with 1 or 2 passengers. I have added $50 for a third person and $50 for a fourth person. If a rollaway bed or an additional room is required, I will contact Little House Site Tours concerning the added cost. I understand that no pets can be brought on the tour.
I understand that if I cancel the tour, my deposit cannot be refunded unless a replacement can be found. If Little House Site Tours cancels a tour, all deposits will be refunded.
